Chronic Pain Rewire Program Terms and Conditions
This Agreement effective as of the date set forth below, governs the terms and conditions for participation by the Participant identified below (“Purchaser”) in the Chronic Pain Rewire Program (“Program”) created by Mind Body Masters PTY LTD (“Company”).

- Access to 10 Video Lessons
- Access to 21 Hypnosis Audio Processes
- Access to Course material and student portal 24/7, indefinitely
- Access to the advanced German New Medicine pain and conditions guide (value $197)
- VIP only: 1 x 60minute 1:1 Zoom consultation with Jake Currie (value $500)
Program Payments Terms:
The Company has different payment plans to suit different needs of the Purchaser. The Program has the following payment plans:
- Standard: Upfront payment with a one-time payment of $197USD
- Standard: Monthly Payment with 3 monthly installments of $75USD
- VIP: Upfront payment with a one-time payment of $597USD
If the Purchaser selects the Full Payment option your provided payment method will be debited immediately.
If the Purchaser selects the Three Payment Instalment Plan, the first Instalment payment (the "Initial Payment") of $75USD to the Company will be made immediately. The Purchaser will be debited another (2) instalments of $75USD 30 days after initial Payment and continuing each month until the Program Fee is paid in full.
The Purchaser authorises the Company to automatically charge the credit card on file for each Instalment Fee owed. The Purchaser can updates payment details via the online student portal ("Kajabi").
Failed Payments:
It is up to The Purchaser to keep their details current. The Purchaser will be notified via email if a payment has failed. A re-attempt will be tried by our payment gateway three (3) days after the first failed attempt. After two (2) failed payments the Purchaser will be removed from Kajabi and no longer have access to the course. Should the Purchaser wish to rectify the payments with a payment that is confirmed, the Purchaser will then be admitted back into the course.
Money Back Guarantee:
This program has a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. To request a refund you must email the team prior to the 14th day inside the Program. A refund will be provided through Stripe, and their Terms and Conditions apply to this refund. Stripe terms and conditions can be found here.
Access to the course content:
You will have access to the course content indefinitely. We foresee that this will be a lifelong program and you will always have access to the material. Should The Company discontinue, you will be notified via email.

Standard: There is no support from Jake Currie or the Chronic Pain Success Team included with this offer. This is a self-directed study program. If you wish to gain 1:1 support you can upgrade your program for a 1:1 consultation with Jake Currie via email at [email protected].
VIP: Included in the VIP option is a 1 x 60-minute 1:1 consultation with Jake Currie. You have 1 (one) calendar month tobook in and complete your 1:1 consultation from the date of purchase. If your 1:1 consultation is not completed within this timeframe, the consultation will be void. If for whatever reason the Purchaser is unable to book in their consultation, an email must be sent asking for an extension of time to book this in. Mind Body Masters Pty Ltd has the right to refuse an extension. Failure to turn up to your confirmed 1:1 timeslot will result in a cancellation of the consultation.

Revoking Program from The Purchaser:
Mind Body Masters PTY LTD has the right to terminate the Purchaser access to the program without explanation. Termination will be provided in writing via email. Access from course material/portal and any associated facebook communities will be revoked at this time indefinitely.
Purchasers Conduct and Responsibilities:
The Purchaser agrees to conduct him/herself within the Program in a considerate and professional manner and shall not engage in any activity that is detrimental to the health, safety, and welfare of other Program participants.
The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Company reserves the right to remove Purchaser from the Program, without reimbursement, if the Company, in its sole discretion, determines that Purchaser’s behaviour creates a disruption or hinders the Program or the enjoyment of the Program by other participants.
It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to implement the process inside the Program. The Purchasers results are contingent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the Purchasers current health conditions, work ethic, and desire to achieve results. The Purchaser agrees that deciding how to incorporate the Program methods into the Purchasers life, implementing such choices, and staying consistent is exclusively the Participant’s responsibility. The Purchaser acknowledges that any Program content, materials, coaching, or guidance the Purchaser receives during the course of the Program is to be used as guidance and is not a substitute for Purchasers’s responsibility of applying the Program methods to Participant’s life.
Privacy
The information shared by the Purchasers to the Company or other participants will be kept confidential. The Purchaser also acknowledges that any material inside the Program is confidential and shall not be shared with third parties.
Information and personal data
Your personal information and data including full name and email address will be used to communicate to you throughout the course and beyond. Should you wish to no longer receive Mind Body Masters emails you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe button on the bottom of emails or by emailing [email protected]

Release
The Purchaser agrees that the Company may use any written text, or video recordings of Purchaser obtained while enrolled in the Program in connection with the Program, including but not limited to testimonials. The Purchaser waives any right to payment, royalties or any other consideration for the use of such text, audio recordings, or video recordings. The Purchaser waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein Purchasers likeness appears. The Company is held harmless, released, and forever discharged from all claims, demands, and causes of action which Purchaser, their heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on Purchasers behalf of the Purchasers estates have or may have by reason of this authorization.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Program, the Program content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Program are owned by the Company or the Program partners presenting during the course of the Program. Purchasers will not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce such content or materials displayed at, distributed at, for any reason without the prior written permission of the Company.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Company gives no warranties with respect to any aspect of the Program or any materials related thereto or offered in connection with the Program and, to the fullest extent possible under the laws governing this Agreement, disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, and merchantability.
The Purchaser accepts and agrees that they are fully responsible for their progress and results and that the Company offers no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding Purchasers present and future health and pain or result of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the Purchaser will achieve any results using the ideas, tools, strategies or recommendations presented at the Program, and nothing in the Program is a promise or guarantee to the Purchaser of such results.
Entire Agreement; Waiver
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Purchaser and the Company and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between the Parties. No waiver of any of the provisions of the Agreement by Company shall be deemed, or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by Company.
Communication:
I understand I will be added to the Mind Body Masters email list for the purpose of communicating with me on this program, and that I can unsubscribe at any time.
